If you would like to review our Buyer/Seller Agreement,
please email me and I will forward a copy to you ASAP. A final copy with signatures will be provided when delivery or pickup
takes place. If your puppy is being shipped, we will ratify the contract through email.
Please note: Once
you have placed a deposit, and picks will be in order of deposits received, we ask make your choice by 4-5 weeks out of
respect for those down the list. Should you not be able to visit us in person to pick your puppy, we will continue to update
pictures and videos to help you make that choice. Please feel free to call us or email us with any questions you may have
of a particular puppy.
PUPPIES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO GO HOME UNTIL 7 - 8 WEEKS,
HOWEVER PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL BY THE
AGE OF 6 WEEKS, VIA CHECK IN THE MAIL OR PAYPAL (PAYPAL to include the 1.5% Fee)
PAYMENT MUST BE IN FULL PRIOR SHIPMENT
OR DELIVERY INCLUDING SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES! WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENT ON THE ROAD WHEN MEETING TO DELIVER PUPPIES.
We accept
PayPal, allowing you to use your credit or debit card if you wish to place an immediate non-refundable (certain acceptions may be
made upon review) deposit to hold a particular puppy (minimum $250, $253.75 if paying through PayPal) or to purchase a puppy, to include
shipping and/or delivery costs (TBD) if applicable. We have been a verified PayPal member since 2000. All deposits (up to but
not exceeding $250, less any transaction fees) are non-refundable. Should a situation occur where your commitment to purchase
has changed, you will need to contact us to discuss your options for exceptions, however, a minimum of $50
is NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Absolute NO refunds will be issued when the puppies reach 4 weeks of age, however
you will have the option of transfer to a later litter. This breeder reserves the right to use discretion on an individual basis.
We will ship
or deliver your puppy at your expense. Please contact us for further information and arrangements.
We do not
charge the 3% fee, but ask that you include 1.5% as an even split. This is a convenience for you AND me. Click on
