We are a Licensed Breeding Kennel in the State of West Virginia. It is our goal to produce and provide our Buyers with Quality
and Healthy puppies through careful research and breeding, and maintaining Healthy, Quality Parents. We will provide all
Buyers with a Genetic Health Guarantee up to the age of 26 months. Please remember, there are many factors contributing
to Hip Dysplasia, one of the main genetic concerns in large breed dogs, especially in their later years, that can be prevented
through the care and common sense of their Owners. If you wish to see a copy of our Sales Contract, please email us and
we will forward one to you for review. All Buyers receive a Sales Contract, and all Puppies will have their shots, and worming
(UTD as age appropriate at the time of Sale). We welcome you to come and see our Parents and view their Pedigrees. Please

Beware of "Puppy Mills" and their best clients....Pet Stores!
Unfortunately, so many of the Good Breeders that dedicate time,
money and blood, sweat and tears, and often go beyond the call of duty to provide you with Quality, Loving, Healthy and Socialized
puppies often pay for the Sins of those who are strictly out for profit or have a personal vendetta. In our time of breeding,
we have also discovered that it truely is a "Dog Eat Dog" world out there, and it only takes one Bad Apple to attempt to compromise
the reputations of Good, Honest Breeders. Reserve judgement for yourself, not by the word of others. Research every Breeder
you are talking to, and VISIT their facilities if possible geographically. A Puppy Mill is not determined by quantity, but by
the quality, or lack thereof, of their care and their living conditions. Our dogs have more contact and attention than many pet
dogs who are left alone for hours at a time while their families have other life obligations.
We do not believe
that we, nor any responsible breeder, many of which we consider our friends, are "adding" to the overpopulation of unwanted dogs.
We go to great lengths to place our puppies with families that are dedicated to the long-term commitment of having a dog as part of
their family. It is also our belief that so many of the dogs, (kittens and other animals) that end up in animal shelters are
often the result of "puppy mills"...which are then sold at very premium prices at pet stores. These dogs, more
often than not, have health and emotional issues through lack of proper socialization because of the horrid environment
they are born in. These issues, discovered too late after that "purchase of the cute doggy in the window" become too much to
handle for the average family. They may experience unexpected enormous vet bills, or worse, devastating and heartbreaking
consequences. Many times they believe they have no other choice but to turn them over to a shelter. Others that
may end up in the shelter, of course, are irresponsible owners that do not have their pets spayed or neutered. Unless previously
agreed to through our approval process, our contract requires spay/neuter of all of our puppies.

THIS BREEDER: Doesn't mind getting down and dirty...loses entire nights of sleep while waiting and whelping puppies....no
longer gets coffee first thing in the morning....dreams of maybe making a modest living someday...still can't afford
a maid.....and who's kennel and doggy boxes are now cleaner than her own house. This Breeder fired her gardner,
because she was too busy with puppies, but learned a new craft....growing beautiful weeds! This Breeder is happy......because she
loves her job....more importantly....she loves her dogs....enjoys the peace of never being judged or critized by her
